What Do Our Buyers Agent Services Cost?

Nearly all sellers pay the Buyers Agent commission at closing, costing Buyers nothing extra! However, if the seller is offering no commission or a reduced commission (as is often the case with short sales and bank-owned properties), our buyers are responsible and are notified in advance of writing an offer.

Do We Ever List Homes For Sale?

While we do not solicit listings, we will list and market Santa Fe homes for past clients, friends and sellers of green homes. We also offer a flat-fee limited MLS listing service for FSBOs.
