Our Philosophy

We believe that every step toward reducing harm to the environment is a step in the right direction. We help our clients understand the unique Santa Fe real estate market, locate homes you’ll love, negotiate on your behalf, manage the transaction process and provide relocation assistance.

While we can show any home for sale in the Santa Fe MLS or For Sale by Owner, our focus is to help our clients find, build or sell green homes, and also provide resources to improve existing “non-green” homes to reduce energy consumption and enhance their quality and resale value.

Buildings consume more energy than anything else in the United States. Providing the community with the information they need to reduce consumption and implement sustainable practices, we can make a significant impact on the world around us.

We accomplish this mission by:

• Providing green real estate professionals with the integrated online tools and support to streamline their business, creating more profitability and time to serve clients and enjoy their lives.

• Increasing awareness and knowledge of green building principles, tax incentives and cost-saving measures, our Broker Associates are leaders in the marketplace, empowered to list, market, and manage properties with green features, as well as guide buyer-clients in purchasing green, or “greenable” real estate.

• Green systems and materials reduce energy consumption, which in turn reduce your energy bills. They also increase asset value and profits and decrease marketing time; making your dollar go further for longer.
