If your home is on Santa Fe City Water/Sewer/Garbage, you DO NOT need to contact them. The closing officer at your title company will notify the City of the change in ownership and you will be billed automatically at your address every month. But FYI, City of Santa Fe Utility Billing Customer Service: (505) 955-4333.
