GreenRoads Realty provides detailed descriptions of Santa Fe MLS Areas. The areas are designated by the Santa Fe Association of Realtors.
The Santa Fe MLS Map designates various areas. Areas 1, 2, 3, 4N and 4S, 13, 26, 27 form what most consider as “in town,” although some areas are outside city limits and are not supplied with city utilities. The second circle of proximity – all things measured from the Plaza — is Areas is 7, 10, 14, 15, 24 and 25.
As you visit Santa Fe and become familiar with the various areas, these MLS designations are more meaningful. Those in gray are not areas typically served by our MLS but we are happy to refer qualified brokers expert in those communities.
